This prototype device manufactured by original device manufacturer Quanta Computer was an HSPA / Wi-Fi capable Windows XP netbook using an Intel Atom processor. It is unclear if it ever shipped in Europe but it was apparently offered by the SmarTone-Vodafone network in Hong Kong. It was named Vitesse as play on the French word which means "fast" - as it was designed to offer fast access on Vodafone HSPA network.
