Xperia arc S

The Xperia arc S (model number: LT18i) was an update to the original Xperia arc. It was announced eight months later at the IFA consumer electronics trade show in Berlin. The phone had an upgraded 1.4 GHz processor delivering up to 25 percent faster entertainment compared to the Xperia arc. This additional processing power also meant the camera start-up time was 25 percent faster camera as was the media conversion capability. It could render web pages 20 percent faster compared to the Xperia arc. When it was unveiled it was described by Nikolaus Scheurer, Head of Product Marketing at Sony Ericsson, as the “fastest and most entertaining Xperia to date”. The phone was available in five colours: Pure White, Midnight Blue, Misty Silver, Gloss Black and Sakura Pink.
