The Sony CMD-J6 was widely regarded as an extremely easy phone to use as a result of Sony’s intuitive menu design. It featured a jog-dial to navigate the menu and a physical switch on the side of the device to lock the phone. It looks very similar to the Sony CMD J70E – albeit the J70E has an integrated antenna. The unit in the museum collection is a Vodafone-branded device.
