The A3618 was a phone developed by Ericsson in collaboration with the Taiwanese original design manufacturer (ODM), Arima.
It was designed to be an affordable phone for consumers in Asia.
A unique feature of the device was the ability to assign different backlight colours to various contacts in the address book.
The phone also featured three games Erix, Pulldown and Tetris.
The device in the Mobile Phone Museum is a prototype version of this phone.
